I listen closely, ask the right questions, and translate insights into clear choices and direction. This ensures that digital solutions are not only user-friendly, but also embraced within complex organizations.

What drives me is inspiring and developing others, and creating a shared course. I believe that we achieve more together, and that leadership is about giving space: for people to grow, for teams to collaborate more effectively, and for ideas to become reality.
