My Experience

In this role, I evaluate research proposals related to diabetes, assessing their relevance, potential impact, and feasibility based on personal experiences and the perspectives of my community. Additionally, I review and help select the most promising ideas aimed at improving the lives of people with diabetes.

Continued with the work as Senior UX Designer for 70% of the time. For the other 30%: initated chapter meetings (for collaboration, peer sessions, knowledge and inspiration) and coached 7 UX designers.   

Improved UX team maturity by integrating user research and data usage into the design process, resulting in more informed design decisions and a better user experience. And led the design of a new app for temporary workers.

Using data and user insights to improve the user experience and customer satisfaction for PostNL Online, the PostNL Customer Service and continuously improving the chatbot Daan.

Improving the user experience and user engagement of the virtual reality training  of Novility and its online management portal. 

Personally created design line for baby and children's products, such as clothing, greeting cards and invitations.
