MyJEX app

JEX

The MyJex app simplifies collaboration between temporary workers, staffing agencies, and clients by centralizing all necessary communication and information in one platform. As the Lead Designer, I was responsible for defining the project’s scope, setting a clear vision for the app's future, and guiding a team of junior designers. Key features include managing weekly schedules, tracking work hours, submitting timesheets and expense reports, and receiving payslips. While the app is not yet live, user research has shown that its most valued feature is providing financial control, ensuring that temporary workers are paid accurately and on time. Contact me for more information about the MyJEX app.

Service & Contact

PostNL

At PostNL, I led the redesign of the ‘Service & Contact’ section, focusing on improving the user experience through detailed research and customer journey mapping. This resulted in a more intuitive website, a significant increase in customer satisfaction, and reduced contact with customer service. I also worked on refining PostNL’s app, ensuring a more personalized and efficient user experience by leveraging centralized data and resources.

PostNL

At PostNL, I optimized the chat window and contact flow by addressing technical issues and enhancing user accessibility. Research revealed a need for more flexible contact options, leading to an improved design that lets users choose their preferred communication method. This resulted in higher customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Consumer Acceptance of Biofeedback Technology in Sports

For my graduation project, I explored how flexible product design influences the acceptance of wearable biofeedback technology in sports. Using the Technology Acceptance Model, I found that flexible designs significantly enhance consumer acceptance by improving the product’s aesthetic and social value. This study validates the hypothesis that flexible products are the future of user-centric design.
